SHOPPING
In this performance art piece entitled "SHOPPING" with Jamo Bannister, Sean Hagen, Tyler Wrisley, explore what the recent gentrification to Church Street Burlington by a Quebequis businessman means in the eyes of Burlingtonians. The meaning of the piece in the words of the impersonators The metaphoric retail "ball and chain" symbolized how the habits of America's fashion culture and industry can weigh down the individual and they become trapped in the cycle that is Consumerist/ Capatilist agenda.
